How are sexuality, relationships, and self-worth connected? In this interactive workshop, we explore how our attachment patterns shape both our sexuality and self-image. You’ll gain insights into your own sexual and emotional experiences, learn to recognize patterns, and cultivate self-compassion. We’ll discuss how sexuality is an integral part of relationships—both with yourself and with others, regardless of the type of relationship or your sexual orientation. Through reflection and practical exercises, you’ll discover how healthy relationships and a strong sense of self-worth contribute to sexual well-being. This is a safe space for everyone.
Workshop will be held in ENGLISH
