Female Orgasms 101: How to!
Workshop
13.4.25
Sunday
14:30-16:30
Aidshilfe 3OG
What IS the female org*sm/s, and how do you actually have them? If you’ve ever wanted to have more org*sms, more consistent and reliable org*sms, or even your very first one, this workshop is for you! Female orga*ms aren’t a mystery and they don’t have to be difficult — even if you’re taking antidepressant medication. It’s about the right education, learning practical physical skills, and working with our bodies rather than against them. In this workshop solely for women and people with vulvas, we will explore everything related to ORGASMS. From simple education about our pleasure anatomy and s*xual response cycles, to embodied exercises to help get out of our heads and into our bodies and pleasure. This workshop will be fully clothed. It will be experimential and interactive, with invitations to do some physical movement and to talk with each other.
Every exercise we will do will be an invitation and can be modified to different physical limitations. By the end, you'll have a toolkit to help you experience more org*sms.
Workshop will be held in ENGLISH
Bring along: Themselves, and a pen and paper if you want to take notes.
